Sessions wth BLUSH BOUDOIR are customized to just about any style you desire and held in our private studio just outside St. John's in Manuels, Newfoundland. We also shoot at luxury hotels or in private homes upon request. Our focus is on ambiance, personality and helping you channel your inner goddess! Booking a photo shoot is a unique and rich experience; one that may seem a bit intimidating at first, but quickly boosts the spirits in everyone who steps onto the set. The confidence we see rise up in every client we work with is truly remarkable! These sessions are great as the ultimate treat yourself gift, and of course make a beautiful present to share with that someone special in your life. Our ultimate goal is for each client to have a gorgeous piece of art to hang by their vanity or dressing area as a daily reminder of how beautiful and radiant they are!
It shouldn't have to be stated in this day and age but our studio is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We are here to make you feel at ease and can answer any questions you may have. Our team is comprised of allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
These portrait sessions are open to everyone, because everyone is beautiful regardless of size, race, ability, gender, or who they love. So come on and show us what you are made of!
The team behind BLUSH BOUDOIR are a few passionate lady bosses who come together to bring our clientele the ultimate experience in intimate photography. We are passionate about our role in helping people break out of their shells and look amazing while rocking their session! We are more than photographers and stylists; we are a little like therapists bringing the best out of each person we work with...and we love every minute of it!
Create a session that speaks to you...because its about you! No two sessions are exactly alike and that's what makes it special. From lace & lingerie, to sporty, to rock-n-roller, to Victorian glamour and everything in between...we are here to help create the session you want. We highly recommend booking a consultation meeting to discuss ideas before the shoot to ensure you get the most of your session. Each BLUSH session is highly customized and designed to bring out the best in you!
To ensure the best quality we offer a full service and luxurious experience. Each session requires time and planning to get you the best images from your shoot. We have music pumping through our casual, modern space, and you can even send us a list of favourite songs ahead of time to help put you at ease. Come in to the studio and relax with refreshments and treats while getting pampered by one of our glam squad.
Having hair and makeup done on set is the best way to prep for a shoot as it allows time to relax and mentally prepare for your shoot. It ensures that you look your best throughout the entire session. We can change looks and accommodate touch ups in between shots. This is definitely no quick or rushed session; we plan for a full 4-5 hours per session from start to finish...because you are worth it!
After the shoot comes the really fun part: choosing your photos and printed products. Come back for a reveal and ordering session or if you aren't local, preview in an online gallery. Have a coffee and chat while looking at sample albums and prints and decide just how you want to honour your session. There is nothing quite like seeing images in print and to feel the texture of the paper or canvas or metal or wood...digital files just don't come close!
